Valley of shadows

the Dark sunless valley along the edge of the Khazadur mountains has a unknown amount of Elves residing there. Rarely seen outside their lands. All species of elves have been known to live here but most are Shadow elves. All carry the shadow mark on their temple, a small raven that looks like a birth mark unless closely examined as well as skin of dusky hues.
The Shadow folk seen outside of the valley never speak of their queen and are aloof about the day to day activities of their homeland.
