Acenyth

The Acenyth family is well-known for being politically active. Although most will not say it, the family is known for being very well connected, feeding off gossip, and scheming to get their way. Many contribute this to the forgone Acenyth Republic, the kingdom that championed their name. There may be some truth to this, though no one will admit to it as the Acenyth family seems to know everything - especially deep dark secrets.
Within the Imperial Dominion of Spayle the Acenyth family holds positions of "speaker" and "representative". On paper this is in order to make the Republic they once stood for live on, in practice it is little more than a pat on the head as the family is conniving and manipulative.
