Bards

While not technically an organization there is something to be said about bards. Somehow wielding magic through their instruments Bards are a confounding people, often showing up and causing trouble (or occasionally solving existing trouble).
Plus, it is rather odd that it seems like all Bards seem to know each other, and that they sometimes talk in what this author could only describe as a secret language.
