Virnos, who had been the first to suffer from the plague named after itself, rebounded at a miraculous rate.   Part of this was the large scale acceptance and usage of Technomancy. As Technomancy became ever a larger part of Virnos it began to become far more powerful than the small cities and towns surrounding it. As a result Virnos began to consolidate power in its region.   This was in small part due to the quality of the Rangers of Virnos, renowned soldiers who were experts with their Elemental Flintlock rifles and donned in unique armor and magical technology that only their order has access to.
