The Dwarves Emerge

Diplomatic action

With world more stable and their main rival mostly gone the Dwarves began to become more involved in the world at large. Dwarven explorers ventured from their realms and began to become a more common sight to the average person.   This would become a two-way street as other races were also allowed into the Dwarven realms with more regularity to trade and conduct diplomacy, though laws against non-Dwarves owning property in Dwarven lands remained strict.
