Delicia and her lost dagger

Delicia is a Dusk Hag who can haunt the party eagerly waiting for the return of her dagger.
She appears as a street merchant who spots the dagger and asks politely for trade.
If refused she will then start to twist their dreams into nightmares.
Sre is after the Dagger is it's a family heirloom that once only spoke true prophecy but was corrupted by an unknown source, she believes it's her now dead sisters doing but no amount of remove curse seems to do the trick.
She lost the dagger in a game of cards at the Anima Raeus (A devils casino where they play for soul coins).
