The Moguluk are a primitive tribe of soothsayers and deal makers. They bargain with the gods and demi-gods and make deals with those in need of divine intervention. Unlike direct dealings with devils or deva's the Moguluk spell out their terms very clearly, even if those terms are unfavourable to those who seek them.
It is for this reason that the Moguluk are rarely sought for their guidance or aid.
What distinguishing markings do they have or dress that they wear
Each of the Moguluk identifies with their gods by certain ceremonial facial markings, painting or carvings.
