Party descends 40ft from the Archives into the Steamworks under the city
they Adventure further into the steam-works and uncover some pirates, after defeating and interrogating one of the pirates they uncovered the pirates were trading slaves or young children to sacrifice - in exchange for black pearls. They were a band of Pirates with ship named the Bleached bones and a captain called Captain Charmick Debrov. Calista also noticed that the pipeworks were being attended to by small clockwork spiders and when she aided them one decided to join her, creating a small webbed net in her back pack and crawling inside it.
The party the decided to split up some heading towards the temple of Umberlee with a quick detour via the salt works. Seeing that a potential restaurant has an enchanted supply of salt that magically spurts from the sea water. Velouria seductively licked salt while directing her gaze to Amberjack who immediately went red in the face while also sporting a half mast of his own as a result.
