Matriarch and businesswoman of the Uíistín family. Stern with her family and friends, Ailis loves meeting new people, even if she seems cold and aloof.

Donagh Uíistín

First husband and cook at the tavern, Donagh is a loving man who wears his heart on his sleeve. His children love him deeply and he is the caregiver of the family, along Rian, Ailis' second husband.
