A small-medium aquatic salamander that lives in murky rivers, lakes, and caverns. It has a prehensile tail and too-large hands with barbs that can grasp its prey. They have hundreds of teeth in rows within their jaws and can eat flesh clean in seconds. Swim in pods of other Ahuizotl.
