Hoh, the Keeper of Secrets

Titan. Those who have seen this elusive deity describe it as looking at a huge and vaguely humanoid shadow of inky smoke. It's arms appear too large for it's thin and spidery legs and it's torso is covered in white masks of varying expressions, mostly expressions of horror, terror, and pleasure.

The Witness does not interact with humankind very often and is thought to subsist on dark secrets and forbidden knowledge. (pg. 58)
