The Celestial Library

The Celestial Library is a giant library full of books, scrolls, secret passageways, murals, and of course, at least one Book Wyrm. It is also the location of the immensely dangerous Conduits of Forbidden Magic (Magical items containing so much forbidden magic that the gods themselves are scared to possess them) It is heavily enchanted, leaving it teetering between realms to prevent mortals from coming across it, but the lucky fellow might be in just the right place at just the right time and be able to enter. Once inside, they literally have access to the knowledge of the gods (And some good fiction books but shhhh don't tell Galleon.)  Those who stay in the library long enough might have it Realm-Shift while they are inside, depositing them safely(ish) in another realm, much to the confusion of it's new resident.

Purpose / Function

The Celestial Library was created by Galleon (The deity of Knowledge) to document every spell, every location, and the entire history of the three realms, but it also eventually turned into a hiding place to store the Conduits of Forbidden Magic to make sure no-one can get to them.

Alterations

Ever since the Conduits were found, the Library went through three modifications: the first one creating rooms for the Conduits to be placed in (For what they hoped, forever), the second was placing a protective seal on the entire building (especially the rooms containing the artifacts), and the third making it so it would switch between locations and realms as unpredictably as possible so no-one would find it.

Defenses

If any of the protective seals are broken, Galleon knows. Any would-be intruders looking for glory in bringing back a Conduit rarely come out alive, unless breaking the seal was an accident (How someone could "Accidentally" break a seal made by a god is beyond me)
