KING GOND STORMHAMMER Died at the age of 345 years old when he was slain in Battle by the Frost Giant Chieftain FOLFUGURTHUR of CLAN FROSTHAMMER from BROKENTOOTH RIDGE when they lay siege to the City of DUN GONDALIN in 13669KR/2669DR. The Giants were beaten back and most eventually killed and the rest were routed,the Frost Giant Chieftain was slain in single combat by PRINCE THAND (8th Born son of GOND). KING GOND had left a Scroll of Kingship (Last Will & Testament) with his Royal advisor's to be read upon his Death.

King Gond was placed in a stone sarcophagus engraved with runes and the lid was carved in the likeness of the dead King.
