Darkvision Butterfly Wings - You gain a fly speed of half your normal movement speed Majestic Harbingers - You are able to summon a swarm of iridescent magic butterflies that act as the deliverer's of your dreadful gifts. They have the stats of an Insect Swarm, but without the attack options. You have access to a number of these butterfly swarms equal to your proficiency score that reset on a long rest. Each one can be summoned as an action within 15 feet and can travel up to 1,000 feet from you and be controlled remotely, sharing their sensory information with you. After delivering a plague, whether successful or not, the insect swarm will automatically dispel. The butterflies will take their action on your turn either before or after you, and have one action, which is to deliver a plague of your choice to a single target. Your butterflies may spend their action imposing a constitution save on any chosen creature within 10 feet of them using your save DC (8 + proficiency + INT). On a failure the target becomes afflicted with the specific disease. On a success nothing happens. The butterflies can only hold a single disease at a time that must be chosen at the point of their spawning. You can up to halkf your proficiency rounded down butterly swarms active at a single time. The diseases are magically enhanced so they take effect instantly upon a failed save. A target can only have one disease active at a time. Butterfly swarms require concentration to keep active. A creature with legendary saves will be able to counteract the effects of the disease using one of their legendary saves when they have the ability to do so. Supernatural Illness - Your plagues are able to overcome immunity to disease, but those with immunity instead gain advantage on their saves. Your diseases are still unable to effect constructs, ghosts, or shinigami Deadly Pathogen - Each plague will carry a chance of death which will be listed as the base roll numbers of a D20 needed to cause the inflicted party to die. Death will always occur at a later point which will be determined by a die roll determining when they will die, typically with a minumum number. If the target does not die, they will instead incur the effects until the listed duration and survive. An infected person can seek medical attention from a hospital, shrine, or another source of medical attention. Your diseases are unable to be cursed through untrained or amateur.
