There are no penalties for you walking on ice

-Your time to freeze water in your aura is reduced to 1 minute, and you gain a cantrip which allows you to instantly freeze up to ten gallons of water as an action.
Draining Kiss - You kiss a target. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw against this magic, and take 1d10+4 psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target’s hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0. The damage increases by 1d10 every 5 levels starting at level 5
