Description: You inscribe a magical seal on a creature or object, suppressing magical effects within it. A creature you touch must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be affected by the following:

Suppressed Magic: The target is unable to cast spells or activate magic items.

Magical Seal: The target's ongoing spell effects (such as invisibility or haste) are suppressed for the duration.

If used on an object, it cannot be used to cast spells or function as a magic item. The spell ends early if the seal is destroyed or dispelled. A creature affected by this spell can attempt a new saving throw at the end of each of its turns.
