The incense burner emits a cloud of dark smoke in a 10-foot radius. Creatures within the area are heavily obscured and must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the burner for 1 minute, believing it to be a harmless trinket. The effect ends if the burner attacks the creature.
