Kaemon Kawakami

Leader of the ultra-nationalist group Kinzakurakai. He inhereted the position from his father who founded it. Kaemon himself is disinterested in politics from an ideological perspective, but his savant like skills at board games allows him to see politics as a sort of real life game he can win at. He comes across as emotionally distant and apathetic, but his leadership is strategically effective despite his uncharismatic nature.
