Kage-Oni

A type of Oni that harnesses the power of shadows it can manipulate, giving it excellent stealth and scouting abilities, especially in the dark. The most obvious class for them is rogue, but they could make for decent dex martial classes or spellcasters as well.
Kage Oni are unique types of Oni that lack the numbers to create their own societies with influence. Rather they strike out on their own or lend their unique services to those willing to pay. Kage Oni are especially gloomy and or cynical on top of being brutish as most Oni are.

Perfect Darkvision - You can see perfectly in all kinds of darkness, magical or otherwise
Shadow of a Shadow - Dim light counts as darkness for the sake of stealth checks, and stealth checks made while in darkness are made with advantage
Shadow Appendages - As an action you can summon a shadow eye and a shadow arm. These spawn within your own shadow, and can only move within continuous shadows from other objects that lead back to your own shadow. If this shadow is at all severed by a light source, the effect will end. All night devoid of light source counts as shadow. Both the eye and the hand are visible to normal sight. Both the eye and the arm have movement speed of 15, an AC of 13, and an HP of 1. Either one being hit will deactivate both. Each section can be sent to separate parts of your shadow path to a maximum range of 500ft. The eye can see as a normal eye can, but cannot hear. The shadow hand acts as a mage hand, but with a visible black appearance.
You can cast the Darkness spell 3 times per long rest
