Kurokiba

Kurokiba is a special detachment of 100 or so of the highest quality soldiers in the entire Army. Candidates to join the Kurokiba must endure arduous training to even qualify for the force. This training tests both their physical and mental prowess so that only the cream of the crop remains. Once a candidate passes the training, they are able to join the ranks of the finest soldiers, and will thus be sent on covert operations of the highest importance. Their existence and activities are unkown to the average member of the military.
