Kuroshin

An infobroker for all things supernatural. No knowledge is too arcane or elusive for him. He is however a shinigami who only trades information for a chance to eat your soul if you lose to him in a game of his choice. There is a hidden rule that cheating is okay, but if the cheating is found out you lose. He makes anyone who competes with him sign a consent form, and is very croud of his "ethically sourced" souls. Kuroshin's personality is very upbeat and lively. He is suave and charming, never letting anything perturb him.
