You enter a meditative trance, projecting a serene aura. While meditating, you gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed. At the start of each of your turns, you and all allies within 10 feet regain 5 hit points. If you maintain this spell for its full duration, you remove one level of exhaustion from yourself.
