Over-Exposure. You can use Acuter Radiation Posioning 3 times per long rest.
Safeguards. You can use Critical Instability once without incurring a level of exhaustion.
Stabilized Mutation. You can switch mutations as a bonus action without ending the first one.
Gamma Rays. Creatures immune to radiation damage are now resistant to your radiant attacks, and creatures that are resistant to radiant damage lose their resistance to your radiant attacks.
Mutagenic Regeneration (3/day). In exchange for a level of exaustion, you can use a bonus action to rapidly increase the rate of Mitosis to heal yourself for your level + proficiency HP.
