You are able to cast Create or Destroy Water 3 times per long rest, and the amount of water increases to 100 gallons.
You are able to cast Control Water Once per Day, with the exception of the Whirlpool Effect, which you gain access to when you get access to 4th level spells, or at 10th level, whichever comes first.
You no longer suffer disadvantage on any attacks, saves, or skill checks resulting from being underwater.
Any allies within a 15 foot radius of you are not affected by rough terrain when in liquid.
