Multiattack - Seitaro makes one blade attack and casts one spell   Fujin's Blade - +11 to hit, 2d6+5 slashing, melee. In addition to its basic melee attack, the sword will also launch a powerful current of wind with a range of 60/240 that does 2d8 bludgeoning. A hit with a melee attack will deal both attack damages, but a ranged attack will only deal the bludgeoning attack

Legendary Actions

Become Wind - Seitaro unsheathes his sword and dissapates into wind, reappearing at a spot within 30 feet. He can then make an attack with Fujin's blade
