Sgt. Jun Tsuji

Sergeant Tsuji is a sniper for the reserve personnel garrison of Kenpeitai Directorate 21. He has one of the highest accuracy ratings in the army, and was poached from the main army into Directorate 21. He uses a sniper variant of the Type 99, which allows him to further maximize his skill with the weapon. He is a cold and sadistic person who takes pride in his ability to shoot people in cold blood as the reason for his success as a sniper.
