Urban Samurai

Urban Samurai are warriors who blend the old ways of swordsmanship with the tools of modern warfare, embodying honor and precision in an urban jungle. They follow their own strict code, balancing firearms with melee mastery and ruthless efficiency.

Samurai’s Arsenal

At 3rd level you gain the following features:

Weapon Mastery: You gain proficiency with firearms. When wielding both a melee weapon and a firearm, you can make a firearm attack as a bonus action after making a melee attack on your turn.

Honor Strike: Once per short rest, you can reroll a melee or firearm attack that missed. You must use the new result.

Adaptive Combat

At 7th level, when fighting in urban environments (like streets, rooftops, or alleys), you gain +10 feet of movement speed and can’t be surprised.

Dual Threat

You can add your Dexterity modifier to damage rolls with melee weapons you are proficient with. If you score a critical hit with either a firearm or a melee weapon, you gain advantage on your next attack roll.

Perfect Flow

At level 15, when you use Action Surge, you can make one additional attack with both your melee weapon and firearm. Additionally, moving through crowds no longer counts as difficult terrain.

Street Sage

At 18th level you enter a heightened state of awareness. For 1 minute (once per long rest):

Gain resistance to all damage except force

Critical hits restore 10 HP to you.

Opportunity attacks against you are made with disadvantage.
