Vigilante

Vigilantes operate from the shadows, standing between law and chaos. They swear to protect the weak by any means necessary, often working outside the law to enforce their personal code of justice.     Tenets of the Vigilante:
  • Justice Above All: Protect those in need, even if the law fails.
  • Punish the Guilty: Do not hesitate to bring down the wicked.
  • Mask Your Intent: Work from the shadows to prevent your enemies from retaliating.
  • Stand Alone: Depend on no one but yourself.
  •    

    Oath Spells

  • 3rd: Disguise Self, Hunter’s Mark
  • 5th: Invisibility, Hold Person
  • 9th: Counterspell, Haste
  • 13th: Greater Invisibility, Locate Creature
  • 17th: Teleportation Circle, Mislead
  •    

    Channel Divinity

    Shadowstep: As a bonus action, teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see in dim light or darkness.     Fear the Vigilante: You can force a creature within 30 feet to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save, it is frightened of you for 1 minute.    

    Cloak of Shadows

    At 7th level, while in dim light or darkness, you are invisible to creatures with passive perception lower than your spell save DC    

    Ruthless Hunter

    At 15th level, when a creature under your Hunter’s Mark drops to 0 HP, you can transfer the mark to another creature you can see within 30 feet as a bonus action. You also gain advantage on opportunity attacks.    

    Champion of the Night

    At 20th level, for 1 minute, you gain the following benefits (once per long rest):
  • You can teleport as a bonus action without limit to any area of dim light or darkness you can see.
  • Critical hits restore 10 HP.
  • You automatically succeed on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
