Shai
To the north, the travelers saw a great lake, where the goddess Shai was waiting for them, for her brother Asaki had run ahead of their coming. She greeted them with pleasure and showed them how to master the land and make it their own, and how to build walls to defend their belongings from those who would do them ill. She bid that they stay with her, and some did, forming a city in her heart, an island on her lake, and she was happy, but the rest of the travelers continued on, sensing the end of their journey was near.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Shai is depicted as a young woman, 15 or so, usually over water with her arms upraised. She wears natural colors, usually the blues of the lake she represents.
More modern depictions show her crying, for her destroyed lake.
Shai's primary temple was in her city, which was destroyed. Since that time, no temple has risen to prominence, as many smaller temples across the city-states vie for enough power to build something for her.
