Clownsteady

Clownsteady is a large stone walled city nestled between the curves of the river Steady in the South Wetlands. It is far from the gaze of Emperor Tengu, or any lord for that matter and is often referred to as the Capital of the "Southern Cities". Clownsteady is well known for its opulence and filth in equal measure, streets are filled with performers and merchants at all hours, loosely watched over by the cities Red Guard.
