Honor

Alignment is treated differently in the world of Kenshi and is replaced with an honor system. What can be considered good or evil is often less black and white and determined more through loyalty and code. A theif could hold closely to the Code of Thieves and be far more honorable than a samurai charged with protecting their clan and failing.
