Arcturus Erdmann
A powerful lich hailing from the Gate-Town of Rigus in the Extra-planar place known as the Outlands, Arcturus Erdmann was, once, vaguely human. His bloodthirst and his cruelty knew no bounds, nor did the extent of his seemingly-endless well of arcane energy.
Like many warlords before him, he was soon toppled and executed, only for his usurpers to discover he had achieved lichdom; undeath and immortality, preserving his soul in a magical box known as a phylactery, which he had hidden somewhere on Kermoria.
His body slowly repaired itself, and purely by chance, he was captured by members of the Hallowed Order while performing some dark ritual, presumably to return to his ancestral home.
He was sentenced to eternity in Bloodshore Prison in 186AV, but in 222, with the help of another inmate, he was able to escape; not in the usual fashion, but by destroying his physical body and 'killing' him, his soul would, once again, reform at the location of his phylactery. A location which is not known by any authority.
And so, as of the third day of the seventh month of 222AV, Acturus Erdmann, an undying lich and a menace to good order and discipline, is now on the loose, presumably somewhere near Rossman's Landing, where he was captured the first time some 35 years ago.
