The Spitting Geysers

The Spitting Geysers are a natural wonder located in the Great Kingdom of Edeli, on the edge of the Sabkha Salt Flats.  These geysers are in a geothermally active region, where hot water and steam are released from deep within the earth's crust. The geysers shoot water and steam into the air, sometimes reaching heights of over 100 feet, creating an impressive spectacle for visitors to the area.  Though the flats are exceptionally dangerous, the geysers do draw both tourists to the area as well as people desperate for water.

The area around the Spitting Geysers is characterized by its rugged terrain and other geothermal features, such as hot springs and fumaroles. The landscape is dominated by rolling hills and craggy outcroppings of volcanic rock. The soil in this region is rich in minerals, making it an ideal location for a variety of rare plants and animals.
One of the most unique features of the area is the presence of natural hot springs. These springs are heated by the same geothermal forces that power the geysers, and are a popular destination for visitors seeking to soak in the warm, mineral-rich waters. Some of the hot springs are located in secluded areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Another notable feature of the area is the presence of fumaroles. These are openings in the earth's crust through which hot gases and steam are released. The fumaroles in this region are particularly impressive, with some of them shooting out plumes of steam that can be seen from miles away.  Many of the roaming Orc and Gnoll tribes travel here to witness these vents, believing it is the release of spirits from the afterlife.
The area around the Spitting Geysers is also home to a variety of unique plants and animals. The mineral-rich soil provides an ideal growing environment for rare species of wildflowers, while the hot springs are home to a variety of aquatic plants and animals. Visitors to the area may also spot a variety of birds and other wildlife, including coyotes and jackrabbits.
