Devin Spale
Devin Spale was the first leader of Haven and one of the first people at Haven. He had been using the calendar of his world to keep track of days. As he had been the only one, the community just naturally began to accept the calander as well.
Devin established groups of people and organized Jobs to help build the foundation blocks needed to be successful as a former pioneer.
As more people grew to join Haven, Devin sought more solitude.
Before he left, he established the Electocracy in the 10th year of Haven's assistance.
