Thal'Melan

Thal'Melan is the largest city in the Theynnoran Rainforest. The city is built on the confluence of two rivers, with a portion of it being built along rock outcroppings of the Cydarial Falls. It functions as a regional capital of elven settlements in the rainforest, and stands as a bastion of the Savists, elven traditionalists opposed to reform.
