"What the hell is this?" - Erobar Axebeard

This blue crystal has many stories and myths surrounding it. It was first discovered by the Dwarf Erobar Axebeard. There have been many studies about this blue crystal but its mystery is yet to be solved. It seems to be made by pressing tectonic plates, formed under massive pressure.
The Lenium seems to attract the obsidian black comet who fall out of the sky. Over the course of time, these crystals push away the earth to reach the comet. There seems to be a small, slime-like creature who comes out of the comet and harvest the power within these crystals to transform into large elemental monsters.

Discovery

Day 721 Grizzly Hills
Found more of the blue crystal. We discovered a large cluster underground. Heard strange sounds within the cavern. Sounded like whispers from the abyss. kept our distance.
Chased around by owlbears and had to run away. Teot sucummed to the strange ilness when he first came into contact with the crystal. Looking forward to returning home to Kalmar. This expedition has taken everything from me, only my bed awaits me at the keep.
