The Battle of Bertaburg

"BRING ME A DRINK!" - N'Emundill Twinsoul giving the first order to his 100 mighty fortress servants

The Battle of Bertaburg took place just outside of Barduk' Amaz in Mogarath's Domain. Team Treebark were on their way to infiltrate Mogarath's party, but as usual that went south pretty quickly.

As they reached Barduk Amaz through the Ethereal Plane they found thousands of gnolls outside of the gates. Valí decided to disguise and walk through the gnolls and N'emundill wanted to join him. However, N'Emundill did not want to part with his dracula-like cape in his disguise, which caused the gnolls to fight over it and N'Emundill to lose patience. He cast fireball on the gnolls, alerting the whole of Mogarath's Domain.

While the others hid in the etereal plane again, N'Emundill cast 'mighty fortress' and took up the fight with the thousand gnolls. The fortress, called Bertaburg, stood strong and wiped the entire battlefield.

With a bright flash of lightning Mogarath ascended from the sky, ready to take down N'Emundill. The wizard finally made a wise choice, called in Falkor and fled to the skies.
