Nemo, the Sword of the Sea
History
As one of Reality's Teeth that has seen some of the most prolific usage over its long history, there would already and quite reasonably be stories enough about or featuring Nemo to fill a good sized library. Since most of those stories are about tales of swashbuckling and nautical derring-do, originating from and proliferated by sailors and fishermen, they are numberless and the truth is nearly impossible to separate from the fiction. What is known is that Nemo was forged by Aina Ada in 523 Bliss as a gift for one of his Archfey concubines who would become the mother of all Sea Elves. His deep affection for her was forged into the very essence of the blade itself, causing everyone who has ever wielded it to be drawn inexorably to the sea she embodied. Not all of Nemo's stories begins on the ocean and not all spend their middle acts there but all of them, every single one, ends there.
Significance
Nemo is the first of Reality's Teeth to be forged on Khthon, which was early piece of evidence for the various sages interested in such things that it had truly developed into a fully-fledged dimension on par with the other prime planes of existence. Today its greatest legacy by far is its chosen resting place: an enormous and eternal storm rages around the Sea Temple, and its location precisely between the Crease to its south and the Shattered Archipelago to its north means only narrow strips of ocean remain on the edges of the storm which allow safe and timely passage across Khthon's prime meridian. If someone were able to brave the storm and once again claim the sword, the effect on world travel and commerce would be gargantuan and immediate.

Rarity
Nemo is utterly unique, even those with more than the near-deific power that would be required to create a comparable weapon find themselves entirely unable to actually replicate the Sword of the Sea. It's likely that the actual existence of the sword itself exerts some type of magical force or power on the world and prevents a duplicate from existing. Its design is the furthest thing from unique, however: Nemo has been wielded many times and every one of its wielders has used it to become unimaginably famous (or infamous), and so every blacksmith within sight of a significant body of water knows how to make something that looks similar to appeal to the egos of their local captains.

Raw materials & Components
Nemo was forged in an age when magic was young and wild, its blade is not forged of smelted ores and refined alloys but of concepts and emotions. The blade is the sea and the love of the same. The crystal in its pommel is as much the heart of Aina Ada as any of the organs that once circulated his blood.
