Upon finding out about an impending Doriathilan Invasion from the Council of Magistry, King Arnald fled Chema, leaving Captain of the Crownsguard Elric to step up in his absence. Elric composed a formal request for aid and unity to the other nations of Kima, pleading with them to unite as one in order to defeat Doriathil.
