Not much is known about the mysterious ambassador of Vesperia asides from her ability to see what she wants and take it. most think her as another weak pawn of Vesperia, in reality she is much more talented than her peers and hides her power from most, leaving them to think her as an after thought if they remember to think of her at all. This suits Olivia as she prefers to not have to navigate obstacles to get what she wants and often works to her advantage. Most of what is known about Olivia is kept among her friends and her Lover, Neldor Phaenzier, and is generally considered a member of the Executioners, although this is not true of her country or the Weltaken government. Besides this Olivia has secured a weapons deal between the Vesperian and Weltako and although this technically breaks the treaty between them and the Empire as Pride Beltro has said, what they don't know will most certainly hurt them.
