Helworm

Known for burrowing underground to snatch their prey by surprise, Hellworms are often sent by higher demons to trap a battlefield long before the battle takes place. Their bite is known to be able to sever limbs.

This creature can burrow underground as a bonus action.   Bite (+1 to hit) This creature bites an opposing creature, dealing 1d6+1 piercing damage.

Boiling Spit

This creature can use this action to vomit a circular pool of boiling mucus either in front of it or behind it. The pool is 15 feet wide. Any creature that steps in this pool must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw in order to recieve 1/4th damage. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d6 fire damage.

Surprise Snare

When burrowed underground with a creature directly above it, this creature must use this reaction (+1 to hit) to ensnare the creature, dealing 2d6+1 piercing damage. After this attack hits, this creature and the one it's snaring roll competing strength checks. If this creature wins, the opposing creature is grappled. If a creature tries to break out and fails, they take an aditional 2d6+1 piercing damage.
