General Summary
"If Sanctuary was the perfect example of what a city should look like, Anoch was its antithesis. While Sahira had been hard-pressed to find any sign of a darker side to Sanctuary, that dark side was all Anoch was. She only knew what she had been told about the city with no firsthand experience. It was completely run by warring guilds, each with their own identifying armband. There were smaller guilds breaking off and new ones being formed constantly, but there were a handful that called the important shots in the city. The one with the foremost authority had a symbol of three skulls connected by a sword running through the eye sockets. Visitors to the city had the best luck going through under the expensive protection of any of the guilds, even the lowest ranked one. Going through Anoch on your own meant you were prey."
