Jubilost Narthropple

Jubilost Narthropple is a cartogropher and explorer who is attempting to chart the Stolen Lands. The Silver Dicks met him during a rainstorm. Jubilost's expedition had attempted to ford the river, but their cart got stuck and the rising river threatened to sweep it away. The Dicks saved the cart and attached ponies (with some minor damage) and in exchange, Jubilost sold them some maps for cheap.
