The Oaktop Silver Mine was once an outpost founded by Taldan explorers. It was abandoned before long as it was impractically distant from their other settlements. Kobolds quickly moved in and claimed the mine as their home, reveling in being surrounded by shiny walls and vaulted ceilings.
