Really a nice little article and a fitting tradition for this city (only similarity to mine at the time: At my place, people are naked during the tradition, too... whereas at yours, probably not all of them are naked ;). ). As already mentioned in the other article, it's really nice that there's a kind of FSK, but it's state-run. Do no children actually live in the Moon District or does the tradition only apply to those who don't live there? Otherwise - here I can also say it, nice that you not only thought about contraception, but also diseases ^^.
There are no children living in the moon district. If somebody living in the moondistrict decides to start a family they get official financial support to find a home in the sun district to raise the child in a less degenerate part of the city. They keep a watchful eye on their spawn to at least attempt to have a normal childhood. Others leave Gemenskap to start a family settling down on the ground until they eventually rejoin the flying ship years later.
