Plague Vulture

These powerful Blights are actually former mortal druids who undertook a twisted Rite to become these Decay-aspected creatures, mostly unknowingly to them. Once the long-term transformation is complete they resemble vaguely human-shaped avians, their bodies covered with black feathers except for their heads which are white, but the difference is hard to distinguish since all of their plumage glistens with constantly flowing blood. This moisture doesn’t seem to hinder them however, and they are quick and fierce combatants, constantly looking to regain their former power by draining the latent energy that surrounds spellcasters, especially Druids.
