Akiri
"Before she was wounded in the Jerell, Akiri was a mighty angel, one of the Demiurge's marshals. During the Jerell, she suffered a mighty strike from Shelor, and the poison he injected into her crippled her forever. It took all of her magic to save her own life, and so infused she would no longer be able to accompany her Lord. He made her warden of Kobos, forever watching over the land of the living for any sign of incursion or stirring from the primordials trapped and slain there."
~Canticles of the Demiurge, The First Song, Verse 40
Geography
The glowing surface of Akiri is a smooth plain with gently glowing soil. The soil is soft, white and yielding, though difficult to pierce. Dotted around it are precious gems of all sorts, as well as lumps of patinum and iridium.
Fauna & Flora
Akiri serves as a sort of convalescent home for angels wounded in the Jerell. These beings will never recover from their injuries, but the life of Akiri sustains them. This means that they can never leave. They are known as the Watchers, and they observe the pulse of life on Kobos and write it all down.
Natural Resources
The jewels of Akiri as well as the platinum and iridium are exuded from the surface of the moon. In a celestial impact, many are ejected and sent to Kobos, or careening around the firmament.
