Ghostwise Halfling

Ghostwise halflings are an aberrant offshoot. They are born as a sort of mutation, only one in one thousand halflings are Ghostwise. Some develop their psionic talents, but most simply live with them.

Ghostwise halflings care the least about their appearance. They are always attracted most to those with the highest Intelligence; such beings have the clearest and most robust mental voices.

Courtship Ideals

When courting, Ghostwise halflings will sequester themselves away and stare into each others' eyes. While doing this, they will whisper into each others' minds.
