Structure

The Grassgrove Druid Circle is a classic mystery cult with four layers. Supplicants know less than Acolytes, which know less than Initiates, which know less than Druids. At the top of the leadership stack is the Archdruid, who is chosen by the grove as a conduit.

Culture

The hierarchy is informal and collegiate, with younger members asking older members for advice but rarely taking anything resembling orders. The exception is weekly rituals of the grove that all members must attend, which maintain the Ley Lines that power the mystical side of the grove.

Public Agenda

Grassgrove Druid Circle seeks two things: the maintenance of their grove, and the wisdom of cats.
