Memory Crystal

Memory crystals are encoded thoughts and memories stored in solid state sapphire crystals. They are useful to alchemists and wizards who know the secrets to unlock them. Otherwise, jewelers find them easy to work with to fashion them into jewelry, sometimes without even realizing what thoughts were stored in them. While originally memory crystals were always the products of Steel Dragons, arcanists have developed the techniques themselves. These wizard copies store much less information than the draconic varieties.
